The COO Alliance has helped eliminate noise and get me straight to the point on what I need. With an abundance of resources (be it past videos, the podcast, worksheets, tools, etc) to draw from, it helps deliver clarity and help when you need it most, without the junk. The community is great, and the community manager does a great job of checking in with you periodically to see how you're doing and if you need any assistance. Don't think the COO Alliance is all work and no play. The members I've met are happy to share about their personal lives as well, and you get to know people well. I even received some recommendations on stuff to do while on a personal trip from the community manager who used to live in the city I was visiting. I've been thoroughly pleased with my membership, and feel it will pay dividends towards myself and the company I work for.
