Ordered a filter last week and a week later we still haven't received our product. I can agree with other customers, the customer service is awful.Email to chased my delivery and all I had from Rio was here's the link. No update whatsoever, no offer to chase the parcel for me. AWFUL! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!Update on 6th Aug 2025. We received our order but it is looks like it's been smashed during the delivery...It's still useable but due to it taking forever to get to us, we can't be bothered to get a refund or exchange it. We have all the proof as we were filming when opening the package. Overall, I still wouldn't recommend this company.
