Really awful experience.I strongly recommend you improve your website. Ordered 2 charcoal filters which I expected to be delivered in 3-5 days as stated in the invoice and confirmation email. After a week, I hadn’t received any tracking so I contacted the company. Reply was prompt, however they told me the part was out of stock when I ordered and would be back in stock in 2 weeks. I checked the desktop website to see the TINIEST text informing the customer of this. During checkout, nothing mentioned about the stock issue. Even in the emails, absolutely no mention of them having no stock.To be fair, the mobile version of the website is clear about this, but not everyone orders on their mobile.Fix up!! I didn’t pay £80 to wait a month for some charcoal filters. And I don’t want a refund, I just wanted my filters within 3-5 days! :(
