My first order was wrong size, our fault, so I returned the items and have already received a refund. I was impressed that they did not just said return the items, get refund and leave it at that. They seemed keen to assist and find the right item for us which they did. Great advise, service and very efficient. Well done, a lot of suppliers can take a leave out of their book.
