Asked support for advice on item needed & sent 2 photos. Email said response within 24 hours waited 3 days to be told by RIO I had to provide model number or no help. If I knew that I would have supplied! Utterly useless DO NOT USE. purchased item with an alternative very helpful companyIgnore the response below….the email you get says we reply usually within 24 hours no mention of weekends and a contact of mine was NOT required to provide a model number as they also did not have yet they were assisted and all I got in response is sarcastic nothing….
