Just wanted to relay my recent experience of Cooker Hood Filters.I purchased 2 replacement filters for my CDA cooker hood which arrived promptly and well packaged.This was the first time we had replaced the filters, in fact in turned out there were no filters to take off which was troubling to say the least.Anyway, the replacement should have been easy but wasn't, it didn't look as though they would fit and it was an extremely tight space with barely enough room to get your fingers in there.I contacted CHF by email explaining my issues and Ryan promptly answered within the hour to say they were the correct filters and gave some tips for installing the filters and in the event that I could not get them to fit that they would take them back and issue a refund.I persevered and finally got them in place, certainly more effort then I expected.I just wanted to say thank you to Ryan and CHF for their customer service which was excellent.Will definitely use them going forward.
