Responsive customer services

Items arrived late in alternative packaging by Royal Mail with a sign saying 'Found open or damaged and officially secured'. Items have gone missing. I suspected the company did not pack my four pairs of filters secure enough, and the parcel was ripped open during transport. This issue was reported and photos as evidence were sent three days ago, but I haven't had reply since.Edit:A prompt delivery of the missing pack of filters was made after the complaint. I was acknowledged the reason that their server was down on certain domains so I didn't get any response.
