Ordered and received all the right things but I gave incorrect delivery address and only noticed when I read their order acknowledgement. Sent an e-mail to ask for change of address and received prompt reply saying they had already dispatched - within about half-an-hour of placing the order! Royal Mail delivered next working day. Wrong address was just next door so not a big problem. All-round excellent service, including helpful responses from Ryan - thanks.
