Awful customer service. Sent the wrong filters. Been trying to sort it for 2 weeks and sent them all sorts of info. Now asking me to pay to return these things even though it’s their fault. Just send me the correct filters which I have already paid for!Edit….The reply from Kurtis below is nonsense! The filters I ordered explicitly say they fit my model on the page I bought them from. He’s just talking rubbish to make the company sound like they’re not shocking! They did refund me which I’m grateful for but I’d encourage other potential customers to go elsewhere and buy genuine parts to avoid a lot of hassle!
