Fantastic company.I used a different company that I was recommended and I was not at all happy with them. They had sent the wrong cooker hood filter and there was no way of contacting them. The item was completely wrong so I was unable to use it.I looked on Google and found Cooker Hood Filters- who have been great! I ordered my parts online easily, each item had lots of information and I could find the exact parts by using the product codes. I paid and received a confirmation email. I received emails letting me know about my delivery and tracking of package. Delivery was fast. Once I had received it I got another email asking if everything was ok with my order and contact details if I needed to discuss my order or any concerns.I got the correct parts and it was half the price of the other company!Really please with my service
