I cannot praise the customer service enough. Firstly, I was delighted to find someone who actually supplied what I was looking for and then, after a mis-measurement on my part that necessitated a return of the part, received the correct item within a matter of days. Considering the times in which we're living (this is being written during the pandemic of 2020), the customer service from Cooker Hood Filters has been exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to as many people as possible. I should also commend Royal Mail for their part in these transactions - they are also providing wonderful service
