I placed an order in error, my bad I agree, but I contacted them immediately, within 5 minutes and informed that I was too late as the item had already been picked and dispatched.Consequently I would have to pay postage if I chose to return it without recompense for original postage. and to add insult to injury, told this was part of their excellent customer service!I would call it customer disservice and so will never use them again so beware... you have been warned!!!
