Great help and great customer service. Cannot recommend enough. The very kind person I spoke to (Kurtis) was the only person able to help me find the correct filters for my cooker hood. Bought the hood from Argos yet they couldn't help with the filters. It's a Bush hood so contacted Bush, they were unable to help with the filters... Searched online with the model number we needed and it doesn't exist.. Eventually got through to Kurtis, with super speedy email responses, and within about 3 emails he found exactly what we needed. The filters arrived quickly, fitted easily and now we know which filters we will need in the future. Thank you very much!
