I have a Russell Hobbs cooker hood, it is only a few months old. It is used in recirculating mode and uses carbon filters. The filters that are advertised on the RH website do not fit my hood and they have been unable to find me the correct ones. I contacted Cooker Hood Filters explaining this and although they didn't have filters named for my model number, they came up with a few alternatives and between us looking at the specification and dimensions, they sent what they thought would fit. Today I received them and they fitted perfectly, without their help I would have a cooker hood the wouldn't funcion correctly. My thanks to them for the help they gave me.
