Pre-ordered my filter, 1st march, took money straight away and only arriving today 30th April. Had to chase to find out what was happening several times to be told it would be here end of march, a week after that, a week after that, then a further 2 weeks and nothing. Was told I would be told when they would send it out and nothing till I told them to cancel the order and actually it was already sent out. Very poor customer services, communication and delivery. Will never use again.
