We had an issue as the cookie script claimed it was 100% GDPR compliant, but it sadly was not the case and our company got flagged / blocked from conversion metrics and other features on Google, which was a big issue as it cost us hundreds of dollars more for ads. The issue was - the cookie script is compliant, but the default texts were not and you had to make sure to put in the correct texts yourself, which we had no idea about, we thought about it as a ready-to-go solution.We got in touch with support, got contacted by Ian who was very quick to help. They agreed that this was an issue, they edited the default texts to make sure their product is actually 100% compliant out of the box. Also we got a compensation for our trouble, no questions asked. I would like to say that other than this, we had no issues whatsoever with this product, it is just as hard for them as for us to comply with all the GDPR requirements, but they proved to care a lot about their customers and showed that they are willing to resolve anything we encounter.
