We bought a 10 license agency subscription with CookieYes. However, the licenses did not appear on our account and we can't start to implement the solution. The payment went through 10 days ago, and even after creating a Zendesk ticket, we have not received a response from them. The person on LinkedIn has informed us that they will provide an "update" in two days. We need a solution, not an update. Also, customer service via email should be a priority, if you don't even have other support options.As a paying partner, with a bulk order, we expect accountability and proper service.
