First of all, the food is always fresh and delicious. The selection is great, and the prices are reasonable. I'm a vegetarian and have not run out of things to try. (Plus I repeat several of my favourites). The only "complaints" I have are: 1) the website is not intuitive and we struggle sometimes to place our orders; 2) the pricing structure is confusing; and 3) you cannot speak to a person except via text messages. We Had been ordering 8 meals per week on the 6-meal plan and overpaying. The system never suggested we upgrade the plan - just $5'ish per week, but it's money! And we ended up paying for the "unity pass" which we did not understand, but we did finally figure out that it saves us money in shipping (even if we don't order "premium" meals). Speaking of "premium" meals, on the vegetarian list, there aren't any. All in all, we've been customers over 6 months and are still pleased and we continue to recommend the service.
