Well, you asked for feedback, so here goes. I ordered my oven on July 19th 2024. On August 16th I got a note saying the oven had shipped, but it hasn't. I reached out to Carbon Support on August 27th, and their response was that the oven did not pass inspection so it wasn't shipped. I am now waiting for a status update as of August 31st, a holiday weekend. So I'm just hoping they reply soon when everyone is back in the office. I'll gladly update this rating once I get the oven. I'm not mad, just waiting patiently. I have heard good things about this product and I am eager to expand my catering business
