I never received the scale I ordered. I called customer support, they told me ask my neighbor first because US postal service had delivered and they wanted to make sure that I did not falsely claimed.When they shipped the scale I ordered, they did not provide me the tracking number like other company do. Now, the product lost, they wanted to put the blame on me by not resending the scale I ordered.
