This company Has no technical support on a Saturday my internet is offline since 15h00. tried calling them and they have no technical support. IF you need an ISP that can provide support when you need it stay away from coolideas. This company is good at leaving you in the dark. I'm switching service providers due to the fact that for an ISP in 2024 I have no internet now for 6 hour and I don't now what the problem is. As my ISP says I have called them outside of office hours so I'm probably going without internet for the weekend. Technical support Is available on Other ISPs over weekend's up until 19h00 or 22h00. 3pm on a Saturday no support coolideas, There's nothing cool about your ideas or business hours
