I spent 2 weeks liasing daily with the customer service reps.The problem with this company is that you are a ball - and that ball is being passed round and round - UNTIL you decide to speak with a manager.Only then things will actually move forward - SLOWWWLY - until the day you're meant to be connected - only for there to be noone with any motivation to assist you - then once again you are passed around like a ball, again, and again, until you lose your crap completely - and then decide to cancel your service.Honestly Vodacom was a better experience - and I didn't think that was humanly possible.I don't recommend these guys at all - don't buy the marketing pill they love to flaunt - just stay away.
