Im not sure how they get mybb ISP of the year every time because the actual support and service you get every time is horrendous. Business link been down for 12 days without so much a peep from them.I follow up 2x every day and get the age old "we will call you back when we have some feedback in 30 mins" never get an answer.Same as telkom
