I ordered Amber oud bleu exclusief, and was delivered a perfume that smelled completely different. As I already have the perfume, also in the earlier packaging, and samples of Layton, which it is duping, AND they had a photo of the wrong perfume on the website (Al Haramain bleu edtion, which is more like what I got sent) you would think this would be a fairly open and shut case. But noooo, it was necessary to have 13, 13!!! emails about how high their quality standards were, how many customer service awards they have, and it was all definitely because the perfume just 'didnt please me'. Rather than a mistake by them. Trust me, no one is going to spend weeks being gaslit by what appears to be a bunch of 14 year olds going crazy with chat gpt in customer service to get 13 euros back without good reason.After finally asserting my eu customer rights I got my money back, but this was honestly probably the weirdest and sloppiest customer service experiences Ive had in the last 10 years.
