This site is extremely disappointing! I managed to redeem rewards twice, but after winning a large amount, I was suddenly required to reverify my account. Unfortunately, the process failed despite my repeated attempts, and the redemption option was locked due to too many uploaded documents. Now, I can’t get any response from the support team, either through the app or email!
