Hi Copart,I've been dealing with you for 6+ weeks now. Every week you call and kind of just state the wrong thing on the phone. The representatives are simply rude, and lack empathy and the ability to communicate effectively. I tried to reschedule a delivery of my vehicle to a location less than 1 mile away from the original location and I've had to book an additional day off work because 'we need more time'. The representative on the phone said there is no way they can provide a time frame or period of 4 hours, neither can provide the same day delivery as previously requested.So, over 6+ weeks of communication and essentially having to explain every SINGLE DETAIL OVER AND OVER AGAIN! to these women, I have now lost multiple days of work having to 'book' time off just so I can facilitate their 7am-5pm time allocation.THIS COMPANY NEEDS AUDITING ASAP! THEY SEEM TO OPERATE LIKE CROOKS! absolutely gobsmacked how unprofessional and essentially USELESS they are. Better firing them all and putting their jobs onto an automated button machine, would be less stress for the customers.
