Parking arrangments went fine- until they didn't. No problem with the outward leg. On the return, we got back to the car park having phoned about half an hour earlier. We were then told that our car would be with us in a 'couple of minutes'. No further information was given as 10, 20 and 30 minutes went by. Eventually we were told they were just going to get it and they were 'short staffed', even though another busload of drivers had arrived and picked up their cars. Mistakes happen but what is so annoying is the really poor customer service and the fact that noone has bothered to be in touch since the incident, in spite of my filling in a complaint form.
