we have been using Cophall parking for over ten years and find this company very friendly and useful the Receptionist lady is always helpful and understanding to my needs I am disabled and can’t walk long distances due to pain the lady who always looks after me when we arrive always puts on my notes please can my car be parked at reception so that i don’t have to walk far and make sure on return that they park it in the right place the last three trips we have done the car has not been moved they just say to me it’s ok it’s not far away just a short walk formea short walk is not past reception and into the car park at the back second or third row for methat is a long painful distance I was needless to say upset and already in pain as on my return I have not long got out of a wheelchair at the airport to the bus then to the car park the lady said there should not be a problem but clearly there is
