We have used Cophall before and find them to be very efficient. Check in is smooth and there was on both occasions (2024 and 2025) a bus waiting for the transfer to Gatwick. On arrival back at the airport we phone the company to let them know we are ready to be picked up, but it was not a long wait for the return bus. Our car was ready for us in their car park near the reception for us to drive away.Car keys are left with the company for the duration of the parking period. You are given a receipt with a code number at check in, which you then advise the controller when making the call on your return.The staff are always polite and professional.
