I have no major issues with your service which was efficient overall.Your receptionist could do with learning that a smile and a pleasant attitude goes a long way. And just being told "your car is in row D, to the right" isn't much help when in the dark, people were saying they could see no signs indicating which row was which.Overall, although efficient, since your take over, you have lost the pleasant, customer-centric atmosphere that existed before.
