I have used this company several times over the years. However I booked for a holiday recently and admit not fully read the conditions at the time of booking. the day before my flight I noticed that there is a condition that on arrival you must lock your car but switch off the alarm and immobiliser. Whilst it is possible to lock my car so as not to set the alarm it is not possible to switch off the immobiliser if the immobiliser is fitted when the car is produced.I rang Cophall the day before as this concerned me and asked to cancel the booking and was told to ring the accounts department the following day. By then the 24 hours notice required to cancel had expired and I was informed that all they could offer was a credit note. No good to me as I cannnot comply with their conditions with my current vehicle and I would presume many vehicles.
