Cophall parking was easy to book, easy to find, and overall it was a very smooth process getting to the airport. The problems started upon our return, they told us to call them when we landed, it was just gone 1am and almost 2am once we had been collected. Once I got my car keys back, I had a warning light on my dash to check tyre pressure - they had parked my car in a pile of broken glass. My handbrake no longer works properly either as whoever parked my car has ripped it up so hard that the cable now needs to be replaced.I will not use this car park again, as with the terms and conditions there is nothing I can do. Think twice before booking, I was only out of the country for 6 days.
