I have used Cophall Park & Ride for many many years and I am usually very satisfied the their performance. Although I have given 5 Stars as there was a problem when I went away in May of this year. On the way to the airport north Terminal the minibus stopped and picked up passengers returning from holiday and when they got on the bus with all of their luggage it made it totally overcrowded and almost impossible for people getting off at North Terminal to get their luggage. From that observation you should not collect passengers at sough terminal when you still have passengers to off load at North.
