Unacceptable wait for return bus!We had to wait 45 minutes for our return bus in freezing conditions. Buses turned up regularly for other parking companies, but I'm guessing that Cophall only had one bus! The bus was rammed and some people at the south terminal complained that they had been waiting more than one hour.When we arrived back at their site a big crowd were waiting to jump on the bus which would have added stress to their journey. I will never use this company again.
