Tui moved our holiday (honeymoon) forward by 3 days, terrible customer service from them which resulted in us cancelling our holiday. Booked another holiday with BA - same date going out as original booking but returning a day earlier. Spoke to Fahad at Cophall and he was able to amend our car parking arrival time and car collection to a day earlier no problem at all, we were very appreciative.
