We left our car here for a week while we went to Turkey. On our return, the car wouldn't start. We had a 200 mile journey ahead of us, a child and a pile of luggage. However Copthall Parking staff couldn't do enough to help us. They got out their jump start kits from their own vehicles, were googling issues with Skodas ... they just went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Finally all sorted when RAC man turned up a few hours later, but the staff looked after us the whole time, even making us hot drinks to stay warm. Literally cannot recommend this place enough!! Absolutely brilliant.
