We never had a good experience with using Cophall. It was cheaper than others however I regretted big time for using these for the first time. We waited at the North terminal for around 40 mins to get collected by the bus. We called the office a few times only to be told that a bus will be with us shortly. Finally when a bus did come I ask the driver how often the bus ran as I thought it was every 15 mins. He said around every 25 mins. I said it taken longer and he said take it up with the office which I did. The girls behind the counter was dismissive of what I was saying and she said drivers do need a break. When your trying to get back home after a long flight at midnight you do not expect that it will take an hour from waiting at the bus stop to getting our car back. Just to mention that whilst we were waiting for a bus I saw all the rest of the park and rides come around a few times. Not acceptable service and for sure I will not use you again. I certainly let all my family and friends to not to either. I am fortunate to flying out again next week however for sure this will not be parking I will use.
