usually use them all the time with loyalty discount but have got worse and worse recently. long waits for buses, the other day was 30 minutes. upon car drop off they couldn't find my booking although i had email confirmation and receipt and showed them and they tried to make me pay again and then take up with customer services upon return. said no way as have proof of payment, not what you need at 5am at start of holiday.
