Have used Cophall for many years but since Maple took it over the standard is awful. On 8th May returned from tenerife at 2am. Collected luggage and phoned Cophall who said a coach was on its way. Waited at stop 6 at Gatwick North for over 30 minutes during which time I saw other transfer operators come and go but no Cophall. When it finally did arrive there were over seventy people waiting. The coach was ancient (drivers comment) with very little seating and most people standing. The luggage was loaded by the passengers themselves. The coach left with 10 people unable to get on. I noticed that the capacity of the coach was 58 people although I believe there were more. Maybe I was just unfortunate, but after this experience I will not be using again!!
