I have used Cophall off and on for years. Was ok. Very disappointed on last occasion. Phoned after collecting baggage and in all didn't get back to the car park for just over an hour. The small van shuffles have been replaced by a large coach and this seems to have slowed down the whole operation. Not for me any more, found the staff unpleasant.
