Have used this company before when they had a fully staffed office, driver's who knew how to communicate and mini buses. When dropping the car off we boarded the bus, then had to wait a good twenty minutes while they waited to fill it up. We were stopping at the Courtyard by Marriott but there was no communication from the driver, he was happily driving off again but I managed to get to the front door just in time. On our return I phoned them after getting our bags and we were told to make our way to bus stop 6. This was at 7.10pm, we arrived a few minutes after making the call. We are both fit, had one suitcase each and did not dawdle. We arrived approx 19.16 with no sign of a bus. After waiting another 40 minutes, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I phoned them again and was told we'd missed our allotted bus which I still struggle to understand. The next bus finally turned up after waiting a full 55 minutes and once we boarded, having shown our ticket to a driver that just mumbled at us, we sat there for another 8 minutes. Basically there is no personal service anymore, they will send a big bus out when there's enough customers. Rubbish communication, rubbish service, perfect example of being bought out and all customer service being dropped as it doesn't make money. NEVER AGAIN ( as one reviewer mentioned, APH and Purple pulled up at the stop 3 times while we waited)
