AVOID Cophall Parking at all costs! Regular user of airport parking, and this is like nothing else I’ve ever experienced. Totally disgraceful. Between calling them to let them know I was nearly outside the terminal, it took 1 HOUR to get back to my car. But that’s not even half the story. Having been told the bus would arrive within 15 minutes, the driver, having arrived after a 25 minute wait, proceeded to sit stationary outside the North Terminal for no reason. After asking the driver how long we would be waiting, he refused to converse and instead called the office and made me speak down the phone on speaker - highly unusual and strange behaviour. We then left, but stopped at the South Terminal. After several people got on, we then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes with no movement, for no reason at all. Twice I had to ask the driver when we might be leaving, and he refused to talk, calling the office and handing me the phone again, by which time I virtually had to beg if we could leave. By the time we arrived back to reception it had been an hour since I first rang them. I told reception staff and asked how this could happen, and their first response was to deny it had happened, until I could show the call log and time confirmation on my phone. The driver then strolled in, laughed into my face arrogantly when he could see I was frustrated and exasperated, and he continued to make comments while I was trying to deal with reception staff. It was rudeness beyond belief, and a horrific experience late at night. I was given a card with an email to complain to, and my experience was then investigated after weeks. Yet, when I received a lengthy email detailing the “poor service” (their words) I received, and filled with excuses and apologies, the only action offered to me was 25 per cent off my next booking. When I said this was of literally no use to me as I would not be using them again, I requested a refund of £45.55 for what was not even an overnight service. Six weeks later all I was offered was £20. Despite repeatedly asking for my complaint to be escalated, nothing was done and several emails (9) were completely ignored. A total and utter shower of an organisation and would urge anyone to avoid, avoid, avoid. Truly Awful.
