Copper CRM is a great contact manager and client manager. I have used it for almost two years and it integrates very well with my google mail and I have learned to import leads and export to Excel as needed.The big complaint I have is very little specific industry help and support. We used to have a forum where we could ask other users in our field how they were doing and learn from them quickly. Now that is gone. Such a shame.
