ProsperWorks makes easy to build a CRM for OUR business! I really appreciate the ability to customize many of the features within the app to truly capture the information that is relevant to us in our business. I also really love the Google Sheets add-on. This has helped us create oodles of custom reports to tell us exactly the type of information we need to know about our business at any one moment, which has in turn helped us to navigate ahead with better decision making and clarity. I've only given 4 stars simply because PW is still growing and developing and doesn't currently have all of the features we need to truly use it as a one stop shop for everything we want to do in our CRM, but I'm sure that will be changing as they continue to grow. HUGE fan! Big promoter! Thanks for a great product and tool!
