Recently, I inquired about canceling my account, but I wasn't ready to actually close it down. Unfortunately, without confirming my readiness, a person named Nicholas closed my account.This abrupt action has left me in a difficult position, as I'm now trying to get my account reactivated to access my data. The way Nicholas Sanchez, handled this situation is extremely disappointing. I need my account restored as soon as possible so I can retrieve my important data.This experience has greatly affected my trust in Copper.com, and I hope the company can rectify this situation quickly.
