Wanted to believe but terrible CRM experience (even though better than most)

Slow, too many manual data points to update daily, brittle, plugins for Gmail is not very efficient. When running multiple email accounts in one browser the system lags. Too expensive as well for all the manual work eg constantly updating pipeline status, trying to find notes, tasks not efficient
