Booked this on 18th December 2024 for a tour on 11th April 2025. This was quickly confirmed, but then we were bumped back from 1pm to 7.30 pm. They then informed us yesterday that this had been cancelled completely due to a "clash with a private hire booking". Obviously they have had a late party booking which would mean more money for them, and rather than try to accommodate us, who had booked four months in advance, we were given the bum's rush.So the message is if your are a small party, book somewhere else that actually cares about it's customers.
