I ordered three items. The tracking app indicated that only two items were dispatched. I contacted the company, and just before they responded (which was very quick), all three items arrived much sooner than expected. There was evidently a glitch in the tracking app. I love the items! Customer service was very prompt. The jewellery is of good quality with clever designs. I have already placed another order and have a long wishlist!
