Replaced all our windows and doors with this company based on a recommendation from a friend. Price was reasonable given it was a larger firm, and was good that they didn’t expect a penny before completion. The installation was carried out in an efficient way over 2 days however on completion there were significant teething &quality issues which I think could have been avoided if they had spent a bit more time to get it right rather than rushing so not having to return a third day. This resulted in several return visits to put things right, which in fairness they did before having to pay anything. My biggest disappointment of it all was that my main reason for replacing the windows was that my 30 year old coldseal windows had become condensation filled and were letting in noise, I hoped and expected that the replacements with 30 years of development and technology improvement would be quieter , but in fact with the trickle vents seem noisier than the previous,so disappointing in that respect. The first installation team also were not very respectful of our carpets, frequently coming through without overshoes on and without using suitable dust sheets. Coral did work to put everything right, however they just need to push the quality at initial install, that way they could avoid costly revisits and customer aggravation, hoping they redeem themselves with any warranty issues we may have
