The conservatory itself is remarkable, but the base work is unacceptable. There’s insufficient hardcore, inadequate insulation, and the concrete surface is poorly done—uneven and prone to dampness. I'm very disappointed, and communication has been lacking. The base was not built to the required standards, and I have photos that show the issues with the surface and dampness.
